Daarmee wordt flexibiliteit, ontzorging en gemak gecreëerd. De meeste initiatieven zijn (nog) niet succesvol, Waarom?!

De muziekindustrie, de manier hoe we ons vervoeren, hoe we wonen, omgaan met vrije tijd, het zijn zomaar wat voorbeelden van gebieden, waar of al heel veel veranderd is, of nog enorm veel zaken gaan veranderen. Soms gaat dit in een tempo dat voor menigeen niet eens bij te houden is. Dit heeft natuurlijk meerdere oorzaken, maar zeker ook gevolgen. Voor met name corporate bedrijven is het lastig om bij sturen en in te spelen op een snel veranderende wereld. Ik ga zeker niet oordelen of alle verandering nu goed of slecht is. Het is wel iets wat mij enorm boeit en waar we als bedrijfsleven simpelweg mee te dealen hebben. En dus ook op moeten voorbereiden.
